Thom brings to LSC Design more than 18 years experience in the land development and architectural field, where as a project coordinator and principal, he oversees many varied and diverse projects. Mr. Conley and his design team are particularly adept at providing creative design solutions and concepts so often desired at a project’s inception. Thom’s prior experience was with one of York County’s largest municipal engineering firms. Today, Thom uses that knowledge when it comes time for the initial planning for a local municipality.
