As one of five sons in a York County construction family, Rob has witnessed and participated in the phenomenal growth of his father's firm, Kinsley Construction, Inc. Having worked in the field with the many trades, Rob built on this experience and turned to designing buildings. Rob received a dual undergraduate degree in Fine Arts and Anthropology from Colorado College and went on to receive his Masters of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. Rob currently leads a 70+ person design firm in York, Pennsylvania. As a principal of LSC Design, Inc., Rob is responsible for overseeing the firm's design work and serves as a lead coordinator on many of the larger projects. Rob sees each and every project as an opportunity to use his experience to find creative and supportive solutions. Rob's hands-on approach in working with all participants in the life of a project, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, has enabled him to develop a poised approach in designing and coordinating all types of design teams through all types of projects.
