York College of Pennsylvania – Kinsley Engineering Center
York, Pennsylvania

35,000 sf adaptive reuse effort to convert a turn-of-the-century manufacturing facility into a unified Engineering Department at York College. The design utilized the building’s existing 24’ high clerestory to allow natural light into the classrooms and laboratories. This building achieved LEED Silver certification.
Logos Academy
York, Pennsylvania

Adaptive reuse paired with new construction to create a new 40,000 sf private school located in the City of York. The two-story facility has classrooms for grades kindergarten through eighth and features a cafeteria with warming kitchen, auditorium, library, and administrative offices. This project is seeking LEED Gold certification.
Crispus Attucks Early Learning Center
York, Pennsylvania

Development of a 38,445 sf education center located in the City of York. The facility features classrooms for children of varying ages, an art room, and rooftop playground. Though the project owner elected not to seek LEED certification, sustainable design initiatives, such as a geothermal system, were implemented.
York College of Pennsylvania – Freshman Village
York, Pennsylvania

Multi-phased project to create additional student housing for incoming freshman. Currently in phase one, the 80,000 sf, 5-story, 200-bed dormitory features common areas and lounge spaces throughout the building, instructional spaces, and a demonstration kitchen.
