Architectural Senior Project Manager
LSC Design is looking for a Architectural Senior Project Manager with experience in Commercial, Institutional, Retail and Industrial projects.  This position is responsible for the successful execution of projects.  Essential functions of this position include Client Relationships, Planning, Contract Management, Project Execution and People Management.

Preferred candidates will have a degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; ten to fifteen years’ experience; licensed in Pennsylvania and Maryland, and LEED AP Certification. To apply click here.

 

Architectural Revit Manager
LSC Design is looking for an Architectural Revit Manager to join our firm.  This position will work with and train our Revit users focusing on their development and support.  This position is also responsible for the creation of Revit content and standards, technical support and verifying that Revit deliverables adhere to LSC Standards.  The Revit Manager may assist in the development of architectural production documents as needed.

Architectural Senior BIM Technician
LSC Design, Inc. is looking for two Architectural Senior BIM Technicians with extensive experience in Commercial, Institutional, Retail and Industrial projects. This position is responsible for the creation and completion of project documents from schematic design through construction documents.  Documents MUST BE completed using Revit.  Strong emphasis is placed on the candidates ability to develop solutions to technical issues and meet project deadlines.

Site Technician
LSC Design is looking for a Site Technician for our Civil Department.  The Site Technician is an entry level position that assists in the creation and completion of project documents. Responsibilities include but are not limited to creating documents in accordance with company standards utilizing Civil 3D.  LSC is looking for candidates that have the ability to learn new skills, use time effectively and efficiently and enjoy hard work as a member of a collaborative site project team.

Site Assistant Project Manger
LSC Design is looking for a Site Assistant Project Manager.  The primary responsibility of the Assistant Project Manager is Project Execution / Production Management.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Planning / Contract Management, Construction Administration Services and developing and training production staff while assisting with project documents.  The position is also responsible for directing and motivating direct reports, managing and measuring work, problem solving, written communication and utilizing Civil 3D.

The preferred candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited technical institute or college and at least five years’ experience in site design, permitting, construction documents and construction administration.To apply click here.

 

Professional Land Surveyor
LSC Design is looking for a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in both PA and MD.  Must have experience with Subdivision, Existing Conditions, Alta, As-built, H.O.P and Right-of-Way surveys, GPS experience & AutoCad Civil 3D experience a  plus.
