	LSC Design is currently seeking qualified applicants for the following positions: Civil Project Manager Candidate will have five to seven years experience managing design and permitting of site development for residential, commerical, industrial and institutional projects in Maryland. Position qualifications include but are not limited to a degree in Civil Engineering and P.E. License in MD & PA. Apply Now Staff Accountant This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer. Duties include preparation of P&L, balance sheet, fixed asset register and month end reporting, as well as oversee receivable collections, journal postings, ledger reconciliations, project updates and billings. The candidate will have excellent mathematical and problem solving skills. The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and five plus years accounting experience, preferably in an A/E/C setting. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineer License in PA and seven years experience in land development subdivision design and the permitting process.
