	LSC Design is currently seeking qualified applicants for the following positions: Architectural CAD Designer Preferred Architectural CAD Designer will have a minimum of five years experience producing architectural drawings for commercial, industrial and institutional buildings as well as knowledge of construction documents and practices. Experience and knowledge of AutoCAD 2007 Architectural Desktop preferred. Apply Now Assistant CAD Manager- Architectural/Structural This position will report to the CAD Manager and is responsible for maintaining CAD standards and details for the Architectural and Structural Departments. The preferred candidate will have a CAD Specialist Diploma and five years experience working in and understanding the utilization of CAD in the Architectural and Structural disciplines. Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD 2007 or later preferred, as well as familiarity Architectural Desktop. Apply Now Assistant CAD Manager- Site Department This position will report to the CAD Manager and is responsible for maintaining CAD standards and details for the Site and Survey Departments. The preferred candidate will have a CAD Specialist Diploma and/or five years experience working and understanding the utilization of CAD in the Land Development and Subdivision processes. Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2007 or later preferred, as well as familiarity with Land Development Desktop 2007 or later. Position qualifications include but are not limited to a degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture and experience in AutoCad Land Desktop 2007 or later version. Apply Now Structural Department Director Structural Department Director will be responsible for strategically leading, managing & directing a staff of structural engineers and designers while also handling multiple projects and details simultaneously in the design of commercial & industrial buildings. Position qualifications include Degree in Structural Engineering & P.E. in PA and MD. Ten to fifteen years experience in Structural design with specific experience in design-build, multi-story buildings of concrete & steel frame construction and experience in pre-engineered buildings. Candidate will possess leadership abilities necessary to motivate others. We have developed programs where students are given the opportunity to apply their formal education with hands-on experience. Interviews for our Cooperative Program are held year-round.
