The redevelopment of an existing underutilized 45 acre downtown district consisting of brownfield conversion to office/commercial, multi-family residential, and open space.
LSC Design Inc. has currently provided services including masterplanning, zoning, physical assessment of existing conditions, historic and current land use assessment, impact assessment of new abutting uses, and facilitation with municipal and private sector representatives. LSC professionals are involved in the concept design of proposed development options, build-out and phasing options, and long range action plan and team build.
LSC designed and permitted the office/commercial portion of the development located between North George Street, West North Street, and North Beaver Street.
