Downtown Hershey Redevelopment

Designed in the revival style of the Cocoa Inn (demolished in in 1961) this proposed mixed use development will anchor downtown Hershey, PA with 50,000 sf of retail space and 50,000 sf of residential/office space. Built around the existing historic Hershey Abattoir this project will face Chocolate Avenue and also provide a winding pedestrian friendly boulevard along a lively interior courtyard.
